Set Up - Reminder Service

The Reminder Service allows you to record important dates that customers want to be reminded of

Instructions

1. Manager Level > Settings > Policies > Reminder Service

2. Pull down and select Yes or No

3. Enter Number of Days in Advance you will contact the customer

4. Yes or No - Do you want to send Reminder Emails?

5. Yes or No - Do you want to automate your Reminder Emails?

6. Edit/Create Reminder Email Template

Turn off this feature during busy times, or use Express Checkout.

Use this feature as a value-added service you provide to your customers.

Details

At the end of every order/sale, users will be prompted to ask the customer if they have any events (Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.) they would like to be reminded about.
