Every so often, based on your Subscription (Monthly or Annual), you may be prompted to Extend Subscription/Enter Unlock Codes.
This quick and easy process allows you to maintain* your FloristWare software license.

Approximately 10 days prior to your next expiry date you will see the License Status screen.
** Assuming you Quit FloristWare at the end of every day, using the black Quit button only **
1. Click Enter Subscription Automatically
IMPORTANT: In cases where you are running FloristWare on more than one computer, Unlock Codes must be retrieved on the Server computer only - all other Station computers must be Quit (using black Quit button only) before you Extend Subscriptions.
* FloristWare Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) are paid through PayPal - direct from your Credit Card or Bank Account. Users have the ability to Cancel their PayPay Subscription at anytime.

Your license has now been extended.
1. Click Continue
2. Quit FloristWare (using black Quit button)
3. Start FloristWare
You see a message indicating that your license could not be extended.
This can happen for a variety of reasons, please contact FloristWare at (888) 531.3012 - Support x701, Billing x707 and we'll be happy to help you immediately.
