It's not an error.
Customer addresses are not captured on web orders for the time being because that is the way the majority of users wanted it
Web customers are customers that are going to be marketed to via email, not with postcards.
We have very few users who want to market physically, especially to customers already used to the faster and cheaper electronic channel.
There is no plan to change than in the near future.
