Instructions

1. Begin Order Process > Pick Up or Local Delivery

2. Enter each Location/Type as an Individual Orders

At Sale Summary > click Add Order (this adds multiple orders on one sale)

3. At Payment Method > click Hold Sale

4. Print - Fax - Email or Skip Quote

Consider an event as one or more individual orders comprising a larger sale. Start organizing the event into the individual orders involved even at the earliest stages - it will help you better organize and prepare not just the pricing but the production and delivery as well.

Events – Outlining and planning flowers for every event is easy. Review, change, update and prepare another quote... as many times as you’d like. Consider an event as individual orders combined on one quote/sale.

It's important to understand that preparing a quote is just like making a sale or taking an order right up until the very end. FloristWare was designed this way so that you don't have to learn an entirely different process to prepare quotes - you just do what you do every day.

The quote can be re-opened and modified an unlimited number of times, and each time you change it you can send a revised version to the customer.

Give the customer a copy (print and mail, fax, or e-mail) so that they have something to reference in future discussions with you. The great thing about sending it by e-mail is that you will then have their e-mail address on file for future marketing efforts.
