This Mother's Day we sold basically credits on account. If people called and wanted a gift certificate, we set their mom up with a house account, credited the account as much as the caller wanted and then emailed a receipt for the gift giver to include with a card to their mom. Now we have a house account with a negative balance on it for their mom to come in and use as she would like.
