At the end of the order process select the appropriate Fundraising program as applicable |

Instructions 1. Begin Order Process > Select Customer > Select Recipient (Local Delivery) > enter Card Message (if applicable) 2. Select Category and Product(s) > Order Review > Sale Summary 3. Select Payment Method 4. Click Yes or No for Fundraiser Participation If you are also running the Incentive (Points) Program, options are to Collect Points or Donate to Fundraising Program instead |

Tips Don't make it hard for customers to participate in fundraising programs. If you are running this kind of program ask every single customer if they are taking part. They might not know all of the details so help them along. |

Details When a customer does take part be sure to thank them for their support. You want them to feel good about their participation so that they tell other people and come back themselves. |
