Define the Access Level and Interface Type for each user you set up

Instructions

1. Manager Level > Settings > Lists > Users

2. Click Edit or Create New User

3. Click Interface tab

4. Pull down and select Easier or Faster (recommended)

Tips

Use the Easier Interface for New or Junior Staff, it's a great way to introduce them to how the FloristWare system works. The Faster Interface is great to save some time when entering orders.

Details

The FloristWare order process is really smart and has been designed on purpose to provide all users, no matter their experience level, a guide through all the questions, and components that staff need for each order, and depending on the type of order. No need to go through extra data entry if you are doing a pick up order and don't require the recipient details.
