Find customers with missing data such as Email and Mailing addresses.

Instructions

1. Manager Level > Marketing > Customer Tools

2. Click Find Customers with Missing Data

3. Select Missing Email Address - Missing Mailing Addresses - Missing Either Address

4. Click Details on selected Customer to add and review information

Tips

To help collect email addresses, let customers know they should be on your 'Preferred Customer List'.

Prioritize your list by clicking on any of the list headings (in blue).

Details

Several features, especially Marketing, are reliant on accurate and complete customer information.  This tools helps isolate those customers whose information requires updating.
