The Account Balances report lists all Account Totals, Unpaid and Unallocated amounts |

Instructions 1. Manager Level > Create Reports > Simple Reports > Account Balances 2. Click Hide Zero Balances 3. Click Sort by Account Name or Account Number (headings in blue) 4. Click Print |

Tips Apply Unallocated amounts to Unpaid balances. |

Details Use the Account Balances report to quickly identify and clean up Accounts balances. |
