Configure FloristWare settings for Refunds by Managers only or not |

Instructions 1. Manager Level > Settings > Polices > Refunds 2. Pull down and select Yes or No to Issue Refund by Manager Only |

Tips Selecting Yes can help reduce internal theft, but also means your staff will not be able to enter a Refund for the customer. For a more secure procedure, select No. |

Details In some cases it may be necessary to limit Refunds to Managers only. |
