Configure FloristWare settings for Refunds by Managers only or not

Instructions

1. Manager Level > Settings > Polices > Refunds

2. Pull down and select Yes or No to Issue Refund by Manager Only

Tips

Selecting Yes can help reduce internal theft, but also means your staff will not be able to enter a Refund for the customer.

For a more secure procedure, select No.

In some cases it may be necessary to limit Refunds to Managers only.
