Help yourself and your clients by getting organized to easily enter, change and finalize each of the events you are working on. Using FloristWare for Quotes and Events is exactly like entering regular orders.
Step 1 is to enter multiple orders, one for each location or part of the event.
Remember you can quickly add more or duplicate orders by clicking ADD ORDER, at the Sale Summary screen. After HOLD SALE, you can Print/Email a Quote and will then be able to go back later to edit the orders when you need.

Step 2 is to create a new Account to track the deposits you are taking.
Deposit amounts are entered as payments on account – giving you a credit balance to start with.

Step 3 is to make changes or additions to the orders you already entered, reprinting quotes, and when everything is done, finalizing the sale to get the final balance due.
Held Sales can be (re)opened and edited, or more orders added. You can keep making changes right up until the day of the event, and finalize the sale when you are all done.
